  • License Manager, ClipSVC, Xbox authentication services, Gaming Services, and recent failures.
  • System time, time zone, region, TLS, account-token, and Store package health.
  • Offline-permission context and signs that the problem is remote or entitlement-related.

How the report separates causes

The tool distinguishes locally repairable service or package findings from user actions and external entitlement conditions. It does not label an account problem fixed after only restarting a service.
